ITFix.org.uk provides technology solutions, including but not limited to computer repair services, IT consultancy, and support services (“Services”). These Terms apply to all users of the Site and Services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
a. Service Authorization You authorize ITFix.org.uk to perform the repair work on your PC as described in the service order. You acknowledge that ITFix.org.uk’s technicians may require full access to your PC, including administrative rights, to carry out necessary repairs.
b. Service Warranty All repairs (unless otherwise stated) come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair, such as subsequent physical damage or infections due to malware.
c. Liability Unless negligent or willful misconduct is proven, ITFix.org.uk is not liable for any data loss or damage incurred during the repair process. You are responsible for backing up your data prior to service.
d. Repair Timeframe Estimated repair time is provided as a courtesy. While ITFix.org.uk strives to return your PC as soon as possible, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.
e. Unclaimed Property Devices left unclaimed for 90 days after the completion of the repair will be disposed of at ITFix.org.uk’s discretion. Any disposal will comply with applicable data protection and environmental regulations.
f. Payment Payment for repair services is due upon completion of said services. ITFix.org.uk reserves the right to withhold the return of your PC until full payment is received.
g. Data Protection ITFix.org.uk commits to complying with applicable data protection laws in respect to any data stored on your PC. Our technicians will not knowingly view or access private information unless it pertains directly to the repair service.
h. Spare Parts Parts used for repairs may be new, refurbished, or compatible third-party replacements that meet ITFix.org.uk’s quality standards.
i. Diagnostic Fee If you decline a repair after a diagnostic has been performed, a diagnostic fee may be charged to cover the cost of labor invested in determining the repair requirements.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and service names are the property of ITFix.org.uk or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ITFix.org.uk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms.
ITFix.org.uk will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or Services.
